Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting Cover Supervisors and Trainee Cover Supervisors to work across Pewsey and nearby rural communities in Wiltshire. With strong relationships with local schools, we can offer steady, flexible work for committed and enthusiastic candidates.
This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, career changers, parents returning to work, and anyone with experience working with young people.
🚗 Driving is essential for this role.
Due to the rural nature of many of our partner schools, candidates must be happy to travel up to 45 minutes for suitable placements.

🧑🏫 Your Key Responsibilities:
* Supervising classes using pre-planned lesson materials
* Maintaining positive behaviour and clear expectations
* Keeping pupils engaged and focused on their learning
* Supporting teaching staff and contributing to school life
* Ensuring lessons run smoothly in the teacher's absence
