Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting Cover Supervisors and Trainee Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Corsham and nearby communities. Through our strong local partnerships, we're able to offer regular, flexible work for reliable and enthusiastic candidates.
This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, career changers, parents returning to work, and anyone with experience working with young people.
🚗 Driving is essential for this role.
Some partner schools are located in rural and semi-rural areas, so you must be willing to travel up to 45 minutes for suitable placements.

🧑‍🏫 Your Main Duties:
* Supervising classes using pre-prepared lesson plans
* Creating a calm, positive, and focused learning environment
* Encouraging student participation and engagement
* Managing behaviour in line with school policies
* Supporting teaching staff and contributing to daily school life

🎓 Who We're Looking For:
* Experienced Cover Supervisors and trainees welcome
* Graduates and aspiring teachers
* Individuals with experience working with children or young people
* Confident, organised, and professional communicators
* Flexible, dependable, and enthusiastic team players
* Drivers with access to their own vehicle

💼 What You'll Receive:
* Consistent work 3-5 days per week (term time only)
