Teaching Assistant (TA)

We are currently working with a range of primary and secondary schools across Ealing and Hounslow who are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to support pupils across the classroom.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and keen to make a positive impact on pupils' learning and development.

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups

  • Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom activities

  • Supporting pupils with SEN, behaviour, or additional learning needs

  • Encouraging engagement, confidence, and positive behaviour

  • Helping to maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

  • Assisting with playground, lunch, and classroom duties as required

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience preferred)

  • A patient, caring, and proactive approach

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • A genuine interest in education and supporting learning

  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
