Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant - Kent (Whitstable)

Location: Whitstable, Kent
Salary: £28,000-£30,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £35,000-£42,000 Year 1)
Requirement: You must hold a full UK driving licence or be currently learning with a test booked.

What You'll Do

Source and interview candidates for education roles
Market candidates to schools across Kent
Support your team with client relationships and service delivery
Work toward targets that reward consistency and hard work

Once established, you'll manage your own schools, negotiate contracts, and earn commission on every placement.
