Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant - Nottingham
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £28,000-£30,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £35,000-£42,000 Year 1)
Requirement: You must hold a full UK driving licence or be currently learning with a test booked.

What You'll Do
- Source and interview candidates for education roles
- Market candidates to schools across the East Midlands
- Support your team in building and maintaining client relationships
- Work towards targets that reward consistency, resilience, and hard work
Once established, you'll manage your own schools, negotiate contracts, and earn commission on every placement.

Who We're Looking For
- Full UK driving licence or test booked (essential)
- Graduates preferred
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Highly competitive, financially motivated, and resilient
- Disciplined, consistent, and able to thrive in a high-pressure environment
Backgrounds that do well include graduates who worked throughout university, sporting backgrounds, ex-teachers or educators, hospitality, and sales.
