Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant - Nottingham

Location: Nottingham
Salary: £28,000-£30,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £35,000-£42,000 Year 1)
Requirement: You must hold a full UK driving licence or be currently learning with a test booked.

What You'll Do

  • Source and interview candidates for education roles
  • Market candidates to schools across the East Midlands
  • Support your team in building and maintaining client relationships
  • Work towards targets that reward consistency, resilience, and hard work

Once established, you'll manage your own schools, negotiate contracts, and earn commission on every placement.

Who We're Looking For

  • Full UK driving licence or test booked (essential)
  • Graduates preferred
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
