Trainee Education Recruitment Consultant - Bristol

Location: Bristol
Salary: £28,000-£30,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £35,000-£42,000 Year 1)
Requirement: You must hold a full UK driving licence or be currently learning with a test booked.

What You'll Do

  • Source and interview candidates for education roles
  • Market candidates to schools across the South West
  • Support the team with client management and service delivery
  • Work toward challenging but achievable targets

Once established, you'll manage your own client base and earn commission on every successful placement.
