Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and eager to make a real difference in the classroom? Tradewind Recruitment is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work across a range of fantastic primary schools in Birmingham on a flexible supply basis.

⭐ About the Role

As a Tradewind Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support pupils with their learning, both 1:1 and in small groups
  • Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management
  • Help create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment
  • Work across different schools, gaining a variety of experience
  • Be adaptable and confident working with children of varying abilities and needs

⭐ What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience working with children (school-based or similar)
  • A positive attitude, resilience and a genuine passion for education
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work across different settings
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
