Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 12:00pm
Pay: £15-£16 per hour (PAYE)

You MUST have previous school office experience.
You MUST have strong, hands-on experience using the Arbor MIS system.

SANZA Teaching Agency is working in partnership with a welcoming and well-organised primary school in Haringey to recruit an experienced School Administrator / Receptionist for a long-term, part-time morning role.
This position requires someone confident, professional and highly competent in school administration, with proven experience using Arbor on a daily basis.
The Role
Acting as the first point of contact for parents, pupils and visitors
Managing reception duties including phone calls, emails and general enquiries
Using Arbor to manage attendance, pupil records, admissions data and administrative updates
Supporting pupils who attend the school office
Providing administrative support to the wider school team
Ensuring safeguarding, GDPR and school procedures are followed at all times
The Ideal Candidate
Proven experience working in a school office environment
Strong, confident working knowledge of Arbor (essential and non-negotiable)
Professional, friendly and confident front-of-house manner
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Able to multitask and prioritise in a busy school setting
Competent using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality
