Psychology Teaching Assistant - Full Time (5 Days per Week)

The Role:
Supporting students across KS3 and KS4, both in and out of the classroom
Working closely with Psychology departments and pastoral teams
Providing targeted academic and emotional support to students who need it most
Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Gaining hands-on experience ideal for those considering careers in teaching, psychology, or mental health
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational support role
Strong knowledge and interest in Psychology
A degree in Psychology or a related subject (preferred)
Confident, patient, and empathetic approach when working with young people
Committed to working full-time, Monday to Friday
