Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable Secondary Supply Teachers to work across a supportive and forward-thinking multi-academy trust of schools in the Doncaster area.

The Role

As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with potential KS5 opportunities depending on your specialism).

  • Follow pre-planned lessons and schemes of work where provided.

  • Maintain strong classroom and behaviour management.

  • Adapt confidently to different school settings across the trust.

  • Support students in achieving their academic potential.

We have opportunities for both day-to-day cover and longer-term placements.

About You

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

  • Have recent experience teaching in UK secondary schools.

  • Are confident teaching within their subject specialism or providing general cover.

  • Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills.

  • Are flexible, professional, and committed to delivering engaging lessons.

Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply.
