Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable Secondary Supply Teachers to work across a supportive and forward-thinking multi-academy trust of schools in the Leicester and Leicestershire area.
This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers seeking flexible working arrangements, a variety of classroom experiences, or pathways into long-term and permanent roles within a respected trust.
The Role
As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will:
Deliver engaging and effective lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with potential KS5 opportunities depending on your subject specialism).
Follow pre-planned lessons and schemes of work where provided.
Maintain strong classroom and behaviour management in line with school policies.
Adapt confidently to different secondary school settings across the trust.
Support students in achieving positive academic outcomes.
We offer both day-to-day supply cover and longer-term placements.
About You
We are looking for teachers who:
Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Have recent experience teaching within UK secondary schools.
Are confident delivering their specialist subject or providing general cover.
Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills.
Are reliable, professional, and committed to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply.
