The Role of a Supply Teacher

As a daily supply teacher, you will:

• Ensure pupils remain engaged and focused
• Provide brief feedback at the end of the day
• Represent Tradewind professionally within the school

There is no requirement for long-term planning, marking beyond the day, or attendance at staff meetings for daily supply roles.

What We Are Looking For

You must have:

• UK QTS
• Experience teaching in UK primary schools
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A professional and adaptable approach
• Availability for at least one day per week
