About the Role
This Teaching Assistant opportunity centres on behaviour mentoring and pastoral classroom support. You will work with students who require additional guidance to remain engaged in learning and successfully reintegrate into lessons.
Responsibilities
- Provide targeted behaviour intervention
- Build positive mentoring relationships
- Support reintegration into mainstream classrooms
- Work alongside pastoral leaders
- Monitor attendance and engagement
- Promote positive conduct and resilience
Requirements
- Experience working with young people
- Confident and resilient personality
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage challenging behaviour
- Interest in pastoral or youth work careers
