Full-Time Exam Invigilator - Secondary Schools (5 Days per Week)
Location: Croydon

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Exam Invigilator to work across welcoming and well-established secondary schools in Croydon. This is a five-day-per-week role offering stability, professional growth, and the opportunity to become an integral part of a supportive school community.

About the Role

As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a vital role in ensuring examinations are conducted in accordance with awarding body regulations and school policies. You will help maintain a calm, professional, and fair testing environment where students can perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervising students during internal and external examinations

  • Ensuring exam regulations and safeguarding procedures are followed at all times

  • Setting up examination rooms in line with requirements

  • Distributing and collecting exam papers efficiently

  • Supporting students appropriately while maintaining exam integrity

  • Liaising with the Exams Officer and senior leadership where required

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Exam Invigilator (essential)

  • Strong knowledge of secondary-level subjects and exam procedures

  • A degree qualification (preferred)

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • A calm, professional, and authoritative presence

  • High levels of integrity and attention to detail
