The Role
As a supply HLTA, you will:
- Lead whole-class learning in the teacher's absence
- Deliver planned lessons and support differentiated activities
- Work with groups and individual pupils to raise attainment
- Support classroom management and positive behaviour
- Use your initiative to adapt to new environments with confidence
About You
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- ✔️ HLTA status or equivalent qualification
- ✔️ A strong understanding of the primary or secondary curriculum
- ✔️ Experience leading whole classes
- ✔️ A proactive, flexible, and positive approach
- ✔️ A valid DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
