Luton | Short Drive from Hitchin, Knebworth & Stevenage
Start Date: 13th April 2026 (After Easter)
Salary: £33,000 - £52,000 (Main / Upper Pay Scale, dependent on experience)

The Role:

  • Full class teaching responsibility within Reception
  • Delivering engaging, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework
  • Creating a nurturing, stimulating, and language-rich environment
  • Monitoring progress and supporting every child to reach their full potential
  • Working collaboratively with supportive colleagues and leadership

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven experience teaching within EYFS, specifically Reception
  • Strong understanding of early child development and phonics
  • Passionate about creating an inclusive and inspiring learning environment
  • Committed to building positive relationships with pupils and families
