Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an engaging, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable RE Teacher to work in a long-term role starting 20th April 2026 until the end of the school year. The position is located the Market Rasen area and could potentially role into the next academic year.

The school needs a full-time teacher that has experience teaching RE to KS3 pupils. The role will involve planning and marking, aswell as collaborating with the Humanities department.

The responsibilities of the role, include:

  • Planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality lessons in RE.
  • Motivating pupils to engage and participate in the subject.
  • Attending staff meetings
  • Uphold Safeguarding and Behavioural policies.
  • Collaborate with the team and contribute ideas to help students succeed.

During your time at Tradewind Recruitment, we will support you with CPD trainings through the National College which gives your access to over 2,000 CPD courses! We will also provide you with a consultant that will take care of your needs.

The position can be paid to scale and range from £168.80 - £232.62.
