Teaching Assistant - KS2 (Full-Time)
Glossop | 08:30am - 3:30pm | Full-Time

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in a supportive and welcoming primary school?

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work within a KS2 class at a primary school in Glossop. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 15:30.

The Role:

  • Supporting the class teacher within a KS2 setting

  • Providing targeted support to pupils, including those in Upper KS2

  • Delivering small group interventions

  • Assisting with planning and classroom preparation

  • Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification

  • Has recent experience working in Upper KS2

  • Is proactive, adaptable and confident supporting learning

  • Demonstrates strong behaviour management skills

  • Works well as part of a team and shows initiative
