Sociology Teacher - Full Time (Temporary)

Contract: Full time, until end of June 2026

Tradewind Recruitment are working in partnership with a large secondary academy in Liverpool to recruit a Sociology Teacher for a full-time, temporary position starting immediately until the end of June 2026

The role is focusing on taking the students through their GCSE and A-Level exams.

The school require a confident and engaging Teacher of Sociology who can maintain continuity and high standards of learning during this period.

The Role:

• Full-time teaching Sociology
• Planning and delivering engaging, inclusive lessons
• Supporting pupils' personal development and academic progress
• Working collaboratively within a supportive department

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching GCSE and A-Level Sociology
• Strong classroom management skills
• Available to start immediately
