A supportive and well-established secondary school in Haringey is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working closely with students and helping them overcome barriers to learning.

You'll be supporting students who may struggle with focus, confidence, or behaviour, offering consistent encouragement and structure throughout the day.

Key aspects of the role:

  • Supporting students in lessons across core subjects
  • Providing 1:1 and small group support
  • Helping manage behaviour and classroom routines
  • Acting as a calm, positive role model
