Experienced Teaching Assistant - SEN Support | Secondary School | Hounslow
A well-regarded secondary school is seeking an Experienced Teaching Assistant to help support students with additional learning needs.
Working alongside teachers and the SENCO, you will deliver structured support to students with ASD, SEMH, and ADHD. The school in Hounslow places a strong emphasis on inclusive learning and ongoing staff development.
Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 and small group SEN support
* Assist teachers with classroom preparation and activities
* Implement behaviour management strategies
* Record student progress and communicate with staff
Requirements
* Previous experience in a Teaching Assistant or SEN support role
* Understanding of SEN support strategies in secondary education
* Calm, patient, and proactive approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
