Experienced Teaching Assistant - SEN Support | Secondary School | Ealing
A respected secondary school is recruiting an Experienced Teaching Assistant to support students with additional learning needs.
The successful candidate will provide targeted support for students with ASD, SEMH, and ADHD through 1:1 and small group interventions. The school in Ealing encourages collaboration and values inclusive education.
Responsibilities
* Deliver 1:1 SEN classroom support
* Assist teachers with lesson preparation and resources
* Support behaviour and engagement strategies
* Track student progress and liaise with staff
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant
* Strong behaviour management skills
* Knowledge of SEN strategies in secondary settings
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
