Salary & Benefits
- £28,000-£30,000 starting salary
* £35,000-£40,000 first-year OTE

Responsibilities
- Source and interview teaching candidates
* Create professional candidate profiles
* Work with the sales team to fill school vacancies
* Build strong relationships with candidates
* Work towards weekly recruitment targets
Who We're Looking For

Driving Requirement
Candidates must have a full UK driving licence or a driving test booked, as visiting schools is a key part of the role and some locations are not accessible via public transport.
