Tradewind Recruitment is partnering with a number of mainstream Primary schools in Bedford seeking dedicated SEND Teaching Assistants who are passionate about supporting young people with additional needs.

In this role, you will work closely with pupils with Autism (ASD), ADHD, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) and Global Developmental Delay, helping them access learning, build confidence and develop key social and communication skills within a supportive school environment.

We have both short-term and long-term oppurtunities available.

Tradewind work exclusively with several mainstream schools in Bedford who would love your support!

The ideal candidate will

  • Have previous experience supporting children with SEN

  • Be patient, reliable and positive

  • Hold a DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one)
