Teacher of Spanish - Secondary School (Halton) | Supply Role | April Start | Competitive Daily Rate

Are you a passionate and dedicated Teacher of Spanish looking for your next opportunity in a supportive secondary school? Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Spanish Teacher to work in a well-regarded secondary school in Halton, starting after the Easter break through to May half-term, covering a pre-planned absence.

This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and ECTs seeking a rewarding Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) teaching role in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

The Role:

• Position: Teacher of Spanish
• Location: Halton
• Start Date: After Easter 2026
• Duration: Until May half-term (initially)
• Key Stages: KS3 and KS4
• Pay: Up to £232.56 per day (depending on experience)
• Contract Type: Supply / Temporary

You will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective Spanish lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, following pre-planned schemes of work and ensuring continuity of learning during the teacher's absence.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching Spanish at KS3 and KS4
• Strong classroom management skills
• Ability to engage and motivate students of varying abilities
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning
