What You'll Do:
- Source and identify high-quality teaching candidates for schools
- Interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and fit
- Build and maintain strong relationships with teachers, support staff, and schools
- Write professional CVs and candidate profiles
- Support senior consultants with school vacancies
- Hit daily and weekly recruitment targets
- Progress onto your own client desk with uncapped commission
