Your Role:
- Identify, interview, and recruit top teaching talent
- Build strong relationships with candidates and schools
- Write professional CVs and candidate profiles
- Support recruitment campaigns for schools across the region
- Hit daily KPIs and recruitment targets
- Progress to managing your own clients and earning uncapped commission
