EYFS Teaching Assistant - Central Stockport
Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced and nurturing EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in central Stockport. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated individual with a passion for early years education and supporting children with additional needs.
The Role:
- Supporting children within an EYFS setting
- Working closely with the class teacher to deliver the EYFS curriculum
- Providing targeted support for pupils with SEND
- Assisting with phonics, early development, and play-based learning
- Creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has previous experience working within a school, ideally in EYFS
- Has strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
- Has experience supporting children with SEND
- Is patient, caring, and able to build strong relationships with pupils
- Demonstrates excellent communication and teamwork skills
