⭐ About the Role

As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a key part in supporting children across the Early Years Foundation Stage. Your role will include:

  • Providing a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
  • Supporting children's personal, social, and emotional development
  • Assisting with creative play, outdoor learning, and age‑appropriate activities
  • Helping with daily routines such as snack time, personal care, and tidy-up
  • Working closely with the nursery team to maintain high standards of care and safeguarding

  • Experience working with young children (nursery or school setting preferred)
  • A warm, patient, and positive approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Understanding of safeguarding and child development
  • A willingness to learn and engage with Early Years best practice

Relevant qualifications (Level 2/3 in Childcare or similar).
