About you - Primary ECT - Northampton, Northamptonshire
- About to or have completed their PGCE with QTS
- Available Monday to Friday on a full time basis
- Shows enthusiasm, energy, and a passion for teaching and learning
- Manages behaviour effectively using clear expectations and consistency
- Reflects on their practice and actively seeks feedback to improve
- Is organised, prepared, and able to manage time effectively
