Year 4 Teacher

Are you an enthusiastic, motivated Year 4 teacher seeking a new and exciting role?

We have an exciting opportunity for a KS2 teacher to take on a Year 4 class commencing May on a long-term, full-time basis. The Year 4 role is paid in line with MPS1-MPS6 and offers a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced teacher or an ECT hoping to start their induction.

The school is a large, inclusive primary school where pupils, staff and families work together to ensure every child flourishes and reaches their full potential.

The school offers an ambitious and evolving curriculum, combined with a strong focus on reading, vocabulary and pupil development.

The successful Year 4 teacher will:

• Be a committed professional with a strong knowledge and understanding of KS2 teaching and learning

• Build positive, nurturing relationships that ensure all children feel safe, valued, and included in their learning environment

• Effectively use adaptive teaching strategies to support, challenge and inspire all learners to reach their full potential

Essential Requirements:

• QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
• Enhanced DBS check and overseas police check if applicable
• Excellent references to support previous teaching. Experience in KS2 highly desirable
• Right to work in the UK
