SEN Teaching Assistant & Cover Supervisor Opportunities - London

We are currently recruiting passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants and Cover Supervisors to work across a range of specialist and inclusive mainstream schools in London.

These roles offer a fantastic opportunity to support pupils with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH needs, speech and language difficulties, and complex learning needs in structured, supportive environments where your impact will be truly meaningful.

Role Details

Position: SEN Teaching Assistant / Cover Supervisor
Location: London
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Full-time and part-time roles available

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with EHCPs

  • Support pupils with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, and complex needs

  • Assist in delivering IEPs and structured learning strategies

  • Work alongside teachers to deliver inclusive and engaging lessons

  • Support interventions in literacy, numeracy, communication, and life skills

  • Use strategies such as visual timetables, PECS, and sensory regulation techniques

  • Encourage positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement

  • Monitor pupil progress and contribute to EHCP outcomes

  • Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, therapists, and support staff

  • Take on Cover Supervisor responsibilities where required
