Graduate Teaching Assistant - Full Academic Year - Kensington & Chelsea
Start Date: September
Contract: Full-time, Term-time only
Pay: £95-£105 per day (depending on experience)

A high‑achieving secondary school in Kensington & Chelsea is offering a full academic year placement for a Graduate Teaching Assistant from September. This role is ideal for graduates seeking consistent, immersive classroom experience before committing to teacher training.

You'll work across the school supporting students academically and pastorally, developing a strong understanding of secondary education over the course of the year.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide classroom support across KS3 and KS4
* Work with students 1:1 or in small intervention groups
* Support teachers with lesson delivery and behaviour management
* Build strong relationships with students and staff
* Develop confidence in classroom practices and routines

The Ideal Candidate:
* A graduate in any subject area
* Committed to working the full academic year
* Interested in teacher training or education long‑term
* Enthusiastic, reliable and adaptable

This long‑term role provides excellent preparation for PGCE or School Direct routes and allows graduates to fully embed within a school community.
