Part-time - 1-2 hours per day
£14 per hour

Tradewind Recruitment is looking for reliable and caring Midday Meals Supervisors to support children in mainstream primary schools in the Deal area. This is a vital role ensuring pupils enjoy safe, happy, and well-managed lunchtimes.

Role & Responsibilities
As a Midday Meals Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise children during lunch, ensuring safety and good behaviour.
• Support children with SEN or additional needs during mealtimes.
• Encourage positive social interactions and help develop good manners and lunchtime routines.
• Assist with clearing and tidying the dining area as needed.
• Work collaboratively with school staff to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
• Be flexible and adaptable, as tasks may vary slightly each day.

Who We're Looking For

• Caring, patient, and reliable with a genuine interest in supporting children.
• Strong communication skills and proactive attitude.
• Comfortable supervising children of all ages, including those with SEN.
• Must hold an enhanced Child-only DBS on the update service
• Full legal right to work in the UK.
