English Teacher
A vibrant and inclusive further education college is seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join its team on a full-time, temporary basis from April through July. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and high-quality lessons to learners of varying abilities, supporting their development in literacy, communication, and critical thinking skills. Working within a supportive and collaborative department, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of teaching and learning. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver effective English lessons tailored to diverse learner needs
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Contribute to curriculum planning and departmental activities
Qualifications & Experience:
- A recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE or equivalent)
- Degree in English or a related subject
- Experience teaching English in a secondary or further education setting
- Strong classroom management skills

Contract Details:
