The Role:
- Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
- Support pupils with a range of needs including Autism, SEMH, and learning difficulties
- Build strong relationships to support pupil confidence and engagement
- Work collaboratively with support staff, SENCOs, and therapists
- Create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- QTS or equivalent (essential)
- Experience working with SEN or additional needs (desirable)
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- Patient, adaptable, and resilient approach
- Passion for inclusive education and supporting every learner
