The Role:

  • Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs
  • Support pupils with a range of needs including Autism, SEMH, and learning difficulties
  • Build strong relationships to support pupil confidence and engagement
  • Work collaboratively with support staff, SENCOs, and therapists
  • Create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • QTS or equivalent (essential)
  • Experience working with SEN or additional needs (desirable)
  • Strong behaviour management and communication skills
  • Patient, adaptable, and resilient approach
  • Passion for inclusive education and supporting every learner
