Behaviour Support Assistant - SEN School | Hammersmith | Immediate Start
Are you passionate about supporting young people to overcome challenges and thrive? We are looking for a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in Hammersmith, providing crucial support to pupils with SEMH, Autism, ADHD, and other additional needs.

The Role:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with behavioural and emotional needs
- Assist in implementing individual behaviour plans and strategies
- Support pupils in managing emotions, social interactions, and engagement in learning
- Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to promote consistency and positive outcomes
- Help create a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with children or young people with SEMH, Autism, or challenging behaviour
- Is calm, patient, and resilient under pressure
- Can build positive relationships and motivate pupils effectively
- Has strong communication and teamwork skills
- Holds or is willing to obtain a Child and Adult DBS
