What we're looking for:
- Holds, or is working towards, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Degree-educated, ideally in a relevant subject
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
- Committed to high standards of behaviour, safeguarding, and classroom practice
- Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)
