Tradewind Recruitment is seeking dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) for an immediate start this April 2026. This role runs through to the end of the academic year in July, with the exciting potential to extend into a permanent or long-term position starting in September 2026.

Your Impact: Targeted SEN Support

You will work closely with students who have specific Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), providing the stability they need to succeed during the busy Summer term.

  • Tailored Support: Deliver academic and behavioral interventions focused on individual EHCP goals.
  • Consistency: Provide a steady, reliable presence for students with social, emotional, or mental health (SEMH) needs.
  • Inclusion: Act as an advocate for your student, ensuring they are fully engaged in classroom activities.

  • Qualified LSAs: We have immediate placements for those holding a Level 3 qualification.
  • Aspiring Educators: Want to earn your Level 3? We partner with two local colleges to offer Apprenticeship pathways, allowing you to gain your qualification while you work.

Key Logistics

  • Working Hours: Approx. 08:30 - 15:30 (Monday-Friday).
  • Flexibility: 3 to 5 days per week available.
