Your Day-to-Day Role
- Provide 1:1 support for students with additional needs
- Assist in small group interventions
- Support classroom teachers with lesson delivery
- Help manage behaviour and engagement
- Work closely with SENCO and pastoral teams
Ideal Candidate
- Experience working with young people (school-based preferred)
- SEN experience desirable
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for education and student support
