Pay: £95-£110 per day (dependent on experience)
A high-achieving secondary school in Ealing is recruiting a Graduate Teaching Assistant - English Focus to join its team. You will support learners across KS3 and KS4, helping to raise attainment and build confidence in English. The school promotes strong mentoring and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
Support students in English lessons and wider curriculum areas
Deliver targeted literacy support in small groups and 1:1 sessions
Assist teaching staff with classroom preparation and organisation
Promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning
Observe effective teaching practice across departments
The Ideal Candidate
Degree in English or related subject
Strong interest in education and teacher training
Confident working with secondary-aged students
Previous youth or school experience is beneficial
