About the Role
As a Graduate Teacher, you will:

  • Support teaching and learning across the school

  • Work closely with experienced teachers and mentors

  • Deliver small group sessions and, where appropriate, whole-class teaching

  • Gain hands-on classroom experience while developing your pedagogy

  • Receive guidance towards teacher training routes (e.g. PGCE or School Direct)

Who We're Looking For

  • Hold (or are predicted) a degree in a relevant subject

  • Are considering a career in teaching

  • Have strong communication and organisational skills

  • Are enthusiastic, resilient, and committed to supporting young people

  • Have some experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
