This paid programme is designed for aspiring teachers who want to gain hands-on school experience, develop key classroom skills and build a pathway into School-Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT) and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

About the Programme

Working in supportive primary and secondary schools, you'll gain first-hand experience in the classroom, supporting pupils and learning from experienced teachers before progressing into teacher training.
