Graduate Teaching Assistant - Aspiring Teachers - Ealing
Start Date: September
Contract: Full-time, Term-time only
Pay: £95-£105 per day (depending on experience)
A well-established secondary school in Ealing is seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) across Key Stages 3 and 4. This full-time role is ideal for graduates looking to gain school-based experience ahead of teacher training.
The school has a strong reputation for inclusion and pastoral support, with a well-structured SEN department. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students both in lessons and through targeted interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support SEN students across a range of subjects
* Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions
* Assist with lesson preparation and classroom routines
* Promote engagement, confidence and progress
* Work closely with teaching staff and SEN specialists
The Ideal Candidate:
* A graduate with a strong interest in education or SEN
* Aspiring teacher or future education professional
* Proactive, reliable and adaptable
* Experience with young people is desirable but not essential
