Daily Rate: £95-£100 per day (PAYE)

Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a committed and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to work within supportive schools across Oldham.

What You'll Do:

• Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and related needs
• Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils, staff, and families
• Adapt learning support to meet individual needs and promote progress
• Help create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN (essential)
• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
• Strong resilience and adaptability across different school settings
• A genuine commitment to inclusion and supporting children to reach their potential
