The provision caters to pupils aged 7-19 with social, emotional and mental health needs. The school offers a therapeutic approach to learning, small class sizes, and a strong pastoral framework, allowing each Teacher to build meaningful relationships and deliver tailored learning experiences.
The Role
As an SEN Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
- Support students with SEMH needs and challenging behaviours
- Work collaboratively with pastoral teams and external professionals
- Foster a safe, structured and nurturing classroom environment
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)
- Experience working as an SEN Teacher or with SEMH pupils
- Strong behaviour management and resilience
- A commitment to inclusive education
