The Role

As an SEN Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
• Support students with SEMH needs and challenging behaviours
• Work collaboratively with pastoral teams and external professionals
• Foster a safe, structured and nurturing classroom environment

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)
• Experience working as an SEN Teacher or with SEMH pupils
• Strong behaviour management and resilience
• A commitment to inclusive education
