Wisbech, Cambridgeshire Start Date: September 2026 Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Term Time Only Pay: £14.50 - £15.35 per hour (Weekly PAYE)

Tradewind Recruitment are currently working exclusively with a well-established primary school in Wisbech, who are seeking a full-time Early Years Practitioner to join their EYFS department. The school is part of a supportive trust, offering excellent resources and opportunities for development across the wider trust.

Key Responsibilities for the Early Years Practitioner Role:

• Work as part of a team to support the daily running of the EYFS department
• Support across EYFS and Reception classes
• Work with pupils with additional needs, including ASD and behavioural challenges
• Plan and deliver activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Work closely with the class teacher to support planning and preparation
• Help children achieve key developmental milestones

Requirements:

• Minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience working with children in EYFS/Reception
• Ability to travel to and from Wisbech
• Strong understanding of child development and early years practice
• A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach
