Level 3 Teaching Assistants - Primary Schools (Manchester)

Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for experienced and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary schools in Manchester.

This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate support staff who are committed to helping children thrive in a nurturing and engaging learning environment.

The Role:

  • Supporting the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons

  • Working with small groups and on a 1:1 basis to support learning

  • Assisting with planning and delivering targeted interventions

  • Supporting pupils with a range of abilities, including those with additional needs

  • Helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

  • Have recent experience working in a primary school setting

  • Be confident supporting phonics, literacy, and numeracy

  • Demonstrate strong communication and behaviour management skills

  • Be proactive, flexible, and passionate about supporting children's development
