You'll work with schools across the region, helping them secure outstanding teachers and support staff who make a real difference.
What You'll Be Doing
- Headhunting high-quality education professionals
- Interviewing and assessing candidates
- Building long-term school partnerships
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Working towards clear targets with uncapped commission
