Graduate Teaching Assistant

About the Role:
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students across a range of subjects and abilities. Your role will include:
- Supporting learning in the classroom, both one-to-one and in small groups
- Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom activities
- Helping to monitor student progress and provide feedback
- Supporting students with additional needs to access the curriculum
- Contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment
About You:
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a degree (any subject, though core subjects are desirable)
- Has a genuine interest in education and working with young people
- Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Is proactive, reliable, and adaptable
- Has experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
